A zero budget adventure - both in production and story - the film follows Sven Harald, a jolly office worker from hell (located in Sweden) who escapes to over-earth to have fun, be free and avoid work. He finds his way to Hamburg, which he believes is paradise.

The Film originally started production at the Academy of Fine Arts (HfBK) in Hamburg in 2016 and then had it's own journey until being finished in 2022 and released 6th of June 2025, the Swedish National Day.

The story was originally written as a novel and is also available as audiobook here and as pocket book here. Both in swedish.

About the Writer and Director

Jonatan Petré Brixel (also acting as Sven Harald) was born 1984 in Sweden. After high school he studied philosophy in Stockholm and did military service in Arvidsjaur. He then moved to Hamburg where he studied film directing, a time which served as inspiration for the story of Sven Harald.
